2.Can you customize logos, colors, and packaging? What is your MOQ for full customization?
Yes, we offer full OEM and ODM services. Custom logos,design,size, colorways, fabric choices, and retail packaging are all available. Our standard MOQ for full customization is 50-300 pieces per model, but for first-time trials we can negotiate down to 20-50 pieces. We provide free design mockups and physical samples before mass production.
3.What waterproof rating do your tents have, and how is it tested?
Our tents typically carry a hydrostatic head rating between 3,000mm and 10,000mm depending on the model and fabric. We test according to ISO 811 (hydrostatic pressure test) and also conduct field tests in simulated heavy rain conditions. For custom orders, we can adjust coatings and seam sealing to meet your target market’s climate requirements.
4.What is your production lead time for a 1x40HQ container of camping tents?
For standard models, production takes 35–45 days after deposit and sample approval. For fully customized orders, allow 50–60 days. We have 15,000 sqm of manufacturing space and 200+ sets of equipment, with monthly capacity of around 80,000 tents. We also keep stock of popular models for urgent orders (7–15 days).
5.Are your tents flame retardant? Do you have relevant certifications for the US and EU markets?
Yes, we can produce tents meeting CPAI-84 (US) and EN 13501-1 (EU) flame retardancy standards. Our factory holds ISO 9001 and BSCI certifications, and we can arrange third-party testing through SGS, TÜV, or Intertek according to your requirements. Certificates are provided with every shipment.

8.How do you ensure fabric quality and color consistency across repeat orders?
We use batch-dyed fabrics from certified mills, and each production batch is lab-dipped for color fastness (ISO 105). We retain a golden sample and production swatch for every order. For repeat orders, we match against the original approved sample and provide test reports for tear strength, UV resistance, and waterproofing.

Yes. 10.What makes your tents suitable for different climates—cold, rainy, or high-wind areas?
We engineer tents by climate: for cold weather we use 4-season fabrics with snow skirts and reinforced poles; for rainy regions we apply high hydrostatic head coatings and fully taped seams; for windy conditions we use aluminum alloy poles with wind-testing up to Level 6 (approx. 50 km/h). We can recommend the right specifications based on your target market’s typical weather conditions.
